How will I feel during and after a treatment?

Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment and the majority of my clients fall asleep.

You will leave feeling relaxed with an improved sense of wellbeing. Some clients feel energized and invigorated.

What happens after a treatment?

I will provide you with some home care advice to continue to obtain the maximum benefits of the treatment.

Is it safe for cancer patients to have a treatment?

Yes,  however, it is always a good idea to check with your GP or consultant before booking an appointment due to medication, etc that the client may be taking.

Will I need to use tools on my face at home following Zone Face Lift?

It is advisable to maintain the full effects to use certain products and some tools at home. I can give you a demonstration of some easy techniques. Tools like Gua sha can be bought online.

Are there any side effects?

Reflexology is a natural, holistic, and non-invasive treatment,  side effects are rare.

You may feel light-headed, more thirsty than usual, sleepy but all these feelings will only last a short time.

How many treatments will I need?

It really depends on why you are having Reflexology. One session may be enough or you may need several. Most clients opt for 4 sessions in succession initially to fully benefit from the restorative and rebalancing effects.

Is it safe to have reflexology during pregnancy?

Reflexology is not advised during the first trimester but is then very beneficial for relaxing the mum-to-be and helping with any side effects of pregnancy.

It is used to help induce labor and letdown of milk production.

Are all the products you use natural?

Yes, they are. I use products from a company called Flying Wild, Ren and Zone Face Lift Elixir which are made from essential oils and herbs.
